Warranty

Formology’s priority is to provide high-quality products to our customers and we are committed to your success. Our products are warrantied for 1 year under the following conditions: Products are used for approved interior purposes only; Products are properly fabricated and installed by end-use contractors and installers; Products are properly finished by end-use contractors and installers; Products are not exposed to sustained or extreme water or moisture; Products are otherwise properly acclimated, stored, fabricated, and treated prior to installation; Formology’s warranty period begins at the date the product orders are received by the purchaser. Formology can choose at our discretion to repair or replace any products that do not meet our published warranty conditions. We reserve the right to determine the cause of any warranty issues before activating any warranty replacement.
